Fairly clean, small hotel, I enjoyed fairly quiet and bright rooms and welcoming staff. The restaurant was great with lovely specials here, I had hot dishes. Property's location was great and brilliant as it was walk from a train 

Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in a historic town. Its stunning, central location was a plus.- The ample terrace overlooking the estuary is a pleasant place to be.

Clean, small hotel, I truly enjoyed beautifully designed rooms and efficient staff. The restaurant was excellent with lovely specials here, I had excellent dishes.

My double room was fashionable, had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was luxury, with a shower and a hairdryer.

Although everything was perfectly fine, some of the staff were quite busy.

Fantastic and wonderful location in Totnes, close to town centre and waterfront. Very convenient to Whitespaceart.- Double room with large bathroom, air conditioning, and iron device.

We had a great time at this place with delicious food, fantastic staff, amazing breakfast menu, and a beautiful location by the quay.

Had a really good stay in a historic town. Clean, small hotel.- Amazing location, a super close walk to Wills Monument.- Close proximity to the river and lovely town with good restaurants, shops, coffee stops, and a restaurant and bar. 

Certainly a very nice experience for celebrating birthday in Totnes. Excellent service, recently renovated room with modern bathroom and bath. Fantastic and enormous breakfast with fresh seasonal vegetables, efficient personnel. Great location, 10 minutes' walk 

Had a really great experience here! It's a lovely cozy spot with awesome service. The staff was quick and the rooms were bright and super comfy for a good night's sleep. 😊

Excellent location, close to the Steam Packet Inn, a traditional pub with great beer. Easy check-in process and great service overall.

The rooms are new-fashioned and en suite with views and the staff are supper friendly.

Fantastic location in a nice enough area short walk to the ample terrace overlooking the estuary which is a pleasant place to be tide in or out, vegetarian restaurants and health stores and traditional pub with great beer and B & B.  

It was excellent stay, I really enjoyed well presented food.

There were huge & stylish rooms with an air con or kitchen fan, added extras and ironing board. The breakfast was sensational, had a lot of food. The hotel had a great location, walk from a train station. All the
